About Rick Leimbach

Our principal, Richard Leimbach transferred his experience as a chief financial officer to form Carrollton Partners in April 2012. He now advises public and private companies with their financial reporting, corporate governance needs and helps to position them to raise capital and achieve the next level of success.

Mr. Leimbach brings your organization a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector arenas. Prior to forming Carrollton Partners, he served as the chief financial officer for Game Trading Technologies in Hunt Valley, Md. While there, he was active in the debt and equity financings of the organization and established the reporting foundation for the newly publicly traded company.

As the chief financial officer of Telkonet, Inc., Mr. Leimbach was a member of the executive leadership team that implemented a strategic direction change to lead Telkonet to become a market-leading Clean Technology company. His oversight of many acquisitions and investment transactions and his ability to increase gross margins positioned Telkonet for growth from their historical roots as a well-funded start up organization to the clean technology company they are today.

In addition to his CFO expertise, Mr. Leimbach spent a portion of his career as a corporate controller for Ultra Bridge, Inc., and was manager of corporate accounting for Snyder Communications, Inc., before their acquistion by Havas Advertising. He spent almost a decade in the public accounting sector in positions with Reznick, Fedder and Silverman and Wolpoff and Co., L.L.P. Mr. Leimbach is a 1991 graduate of Towson State University and holds memberships with the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
